PLN has four new commissioners, extends two directors’ terms

The shareholders’ meeting of State power utility PT PLN on Thursday, November 14, 2024, appointed four new Commissioners and extended the terms of two Directors − Darmawan Prasodjo as President Director and Sinthya Roesly as Finance Director.

With these changes, the PLN Board of Commissioners are as follows:

  1. Burhanuddin Abdullah as President Commissioner and concurrently Independent Commissioner
  2. Suahasil Nazara as Vice President Commissioner
  3. Susiwijono Moegiarso as Commissioner
  4. Aminuddin Ma’ruf as Commissioner
  5. Dadan Kusdiana as Commissioner
  6. Jisman P. Hutajulu as Commissioner
  7. Mutanto Juwono as Independent Commissioner
  8. Andi Arief as Independent Commissioner
  9. Yazid Fanani as Independent Commissioner
  10. Ali Masykur Musa as Independent Commissioner

Meanwhile, PLN’s Board of Directors are as follows:

  1. Darmawan Prasodjo as President Director
  2. Sinthya Roesly as Finance Director
  3. Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Director of Legal and Human Capital Management
