PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP-AKR) − the management of BP fuel station stations in Indonesia − opened its 50th fuel station, the Raffles Hills BP fuel station, located in Cimanggis sub-district, Depok city, West Java, early this month.

This latest BP fuel station is the third BP service station network to be opened this year, after previous opening of BP Minangkabau Service Station in Setiabudi sub-district, Central Jakarta and BP Margonda Raya Service Station in Pondok Cina, Depok city.

“Demand for quality fuel in Indonesia continues to increase. To meet the market needs and as a manifestation of BP-AKR’s investment commitment in Indonesia, BP-AKR has continued to develop BP’s network of petrol stations in Indonesia since 2018,” Vanda Laura, President Director of BP-AKR, said.

“Through our business expansion, BP-AKR wants to be part of supporting the mobility of the Indonesian people and economic growth in Indonesia,” she added.

With a total of 50 BP service station networks present in Indonesia, BP-AKR has operated 36 BP service station networks in the Greater Jakarta area and 14 networks in the East Java area.

In developing its petrol station network, BP-AKR uses two business schemes namely Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) and Dealer Owned Dealer Operated (DODO). BP-AKR ensures that the entire BP petrol station network, whether developed under the COCO or DODO scheme, is built and operated based on the same standards.

“The potential of petrol station business in Indonesia is still very large, therefore BP-AKR offers partnerships to local communities and entrepreneurs who are interested in running the bp petrol station business,” Roy Darmawan, Vice President Director of BP-AKR said.

“The amount of investment in partnering with BP-AKR is very flexible, and we also provide various facilities and benefits offered to DODO partners. This is because we want to ensure that partners can grow together with BP-AKR in developing the bp petrol station business in the country,” he added.

Through the consignment concept, partners will receive benefits such as guaranteed fuel supply with no capital cost for fuel, no partnership and annual fees, and training programs conducted by BP-AKR in preparation for the BP service station business for prospective partners.

Another benefit is that BP-AKR will provide conditional 1,000 liters of fuel to new partners in 2024.

Not only providing quality fuel, the BP Service Station network also offers other supporting services and facilities such as prayer rooms and comfortable toilets, water and wind filling stations, mini markets, fast food outlets, and contemporary coffee shops.

BP-AKR-owned and -managed coffee shop ” Wildbean Cafe” will also be present at BP Margonda Raya Service Station in Depok, and will become the third coffee shop after previously present at BP Pangeran Antasari Service Station and BP TB Simatupang Service Station.

Through its commitment, BP-AKR will continue to develop a sustainable and responsible petrol station business and become a pleasant traveling friend.
