State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) contributes toward infrastructure growth with IDR 98.103 trillion investment in national project

The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) from 2017 to August 2023 has spent IDR 98.103 trillion for land acquisition for 52 toll roads.

Currently, it is known that 52 toll roads are included in the list of National Strategic Projects (PSN) determined by the government.

The realization of these funds has reached 84.5% of the total allocated funds worth IDR 119.3 trillion.

LMAN is also known to have used these funds to acquire land for a number of other PSNs.

In acquiring land for the dam project, funds worth IDR 12.352 trillion have been disbursed for the construction of 38 dams.

Meanwhile, in making irrigation, LMAN has spent IDR 620 billion for 5 PSN. However, it doesn’t say what the project is.

On the other hand, other PSNs are also funded by land acquisition from LMAN such as the construction of railway lines, worth IDR 3.124 trillion over the last 6 years.

Meanwhile, IDR 800 billion has been disbursed for land procurement for port construction.

Meanwhile, for the development of the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN), the land acquisition process used funds worth IDR 85 billion.

Meanwhile, other PSN land acquisitions are also funded by LMAN, such as the construction of the National Capital City (IKN) with funds worth IDR 724 billion having been distributed.
