Prabowo meets Jordan King Abdullah II

Jordan − Indonesian Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto met with Jordan’s King Abdullah Hussein in Amman, Jordan, on Monday, June 10, 2024. He is in Jordan to attend the high-level conference ‘Call for Action: Urgent Humanitarian Response for Gaza’ held today, June 11, 2024.

“The Indonesian government is closely monitoring the deteriorating developments in Gaza,” Prabowo said.

“The number of casualties and injuries continues to rise. Indonesia is very concerned about the condition of the people in Gaza who are very vulnerable at this time,” he added.

On the other hand, King Abdullah expressed his gratitude and respect for the presence of Prabowo in Jordan representing President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo at the high-level conference on Gaza.
