The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has once again summoned Head of the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Task Force (SKK Migas), Djoko Siswanto, as a witness in a corruption investigation related to crude oil and refinery product management at State energy company PT Pertamina, its sub-holdings, and several contractors (KKKS) during the 2018–2023 period.
AGO spokesman, Anang Supriatna, said the questioning was conducted on Monday, October 6, 2025 by investigators of the Office of Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus).
“The team of investigators examined Djoko Siswanto along with four other witnesses in connection with the alleged corruption case concerning the management of crude oil and refinery products at Pertamina, its sub-holdings, and KKKS from 2018 to 2023,” Anang said as quoted in a statement, on Monday, October 6, 2025.
The four additional witnesses included WSW, General Manager of Pertamina’s refinery subholding PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional’s Cilacap Plant for the 2024–present period; AL, Coordinator for Oil Management Testing at the National Oil and Gas Testing Center (2021–present); LYS, Senior Manager of Management Reporting at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional; and WCP, Coordinator for Downstream Oil Business Services and Supervision.
Anang cited that the witnesses were questioned in relation to the case involving suspect Hasto Wibowo and several others, who served as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Pertamina from 2019 to 2020.
“The witness examination aims to strengthen evidence and complete the case files,” he added.
This is not the first time Djoko Siswanto has been questioned in the case. He was previously summoned by investigators in March and August 2025. In March, he was examined in connection with suspect Yoki Firnandi (YF), President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, while in August, his questioning was related to the case of suspect Hasto Wibowo and others.
