RSS Term of Service

Indonesia Business Post Media Group PT (“Indonesia Business Post Media Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides RSS feeds (“Feeds”) to allow users to access and distribute selected content from our website. By accessing or using our RSS Feeds, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

1. License and Use

•         We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use our RSS Feeds solely for personal, non-commercial purposes or as expressly authorized by us.  

•         You may display headlines, summaries, and links back to the original content on our site but must not alter, edit, or modify the content in any way that misrepresents the original meaning or context.  

•         You must retain all attribution, bylines, and copyright notices included in the Feed content.

 

2. Restrictions

•         You may not use our RSS Feeds to create a service or product that competes with Indonesia Business Post Media Group or to aggregate content in a way that substitutes for our original site.  

•         Commercial use, including selling access to the Feed or embedding it in commercial products, requires prior written permission.  

•         You may not use the Feeds on websites or platforms that promote hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.  

•         You may not remove or obscure any branding, logos, or copyright notices.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the RSS Feeds remains the intellectual property of Indonesia Business Post Media Group or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the Feeds.

 

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the RSS Feeds at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Feeds and remove any cached content.

 

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The RSS Feeds are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Indonesia Business Post Media Group is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Feeds.

 

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the RSS Feeds after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts.
