PT Trimitra Trans Persada (B-LOG), an integrated logistics and transportation services provider, has announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO), releasing up to 563 million shares to the public.

The company, under the control of Indonesian billionaire Djoko Susanto, is offering shares amounting to 16.67 percent of its issued and paid-up capital, with an indicative price range of Rp240 to Rp270 per share, expecting to raise as much as Rp152 billion (US$9.2 million).

PT Trimitra Trans Persada (B-Log), established in 2009, is an Indonesian logistics and transportation company, offering services such as fleet management, route optimization, and supply chain consulting, supported by advanced technologies like SAP ERP (Systemanalyse Programmentwicklung Enterprise Resource Planning) and Transport Management Systems.

Djoko Susanto, known for his stake in leading retail chains Alfamart (via PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya) and Alfamidi (via PT Midi Utama Indonesia), ranks among Indonesia’s top 10 wealthiest individuals and is listed at No. 1,143 on the Forbes Billionaires list with an estimated net worth of Rp61.75 trillion.

According to the IPO prospectus released on Saturday, June 21, 2025 the bookbuilding period is scheduled for June 23–25, 2025, with the effective date targeted for June 30, 2025, and the stock listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) planned for July 8, 2025. The IPO is underwritten and managed by PT BCA Sekuritas.

“Based on a declaration dated April 23, 2025, pak Djoko Susanto, as the controlling shareholder, is committed not to transfer control of the company for a period of 12 months following the effective date of the IPO registration,” the company stated in the prospectus, on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

Founded in 2009, PT Trimitra Trans Persada has evolved significantly, especially after a major business transformation in 2017 − shifting from a vehicle rental business into a full-service logistics solutions provider. Since its rebranding in 2018 under the brand name B-LOG, the company has expanded its operations to more than 100 cities across Indonesia, focusing on two main segments: logistics transportation and warehouse management for business-to-business (B2B) clients.

One of B-LOG’s key milestones in 2024 was the launch of a cold storage warehouse by its subsidiary, PT Simpan Sini Aja (SSA), in Kletek, Sidoarjo. This facility supports storage and distribution of F&B and FMCG products across frozen, chilled, and ambient temperature zones.

In line with business expansion, B-LOG has begun investing in heavy trucks for long-haul land transport. Proceeds from the IPO will be allocated as follows: 67 percent to increase capital for subsidiaries, and 33 percent for the purchase of 75 to 100 light trucks, aimed at strengthening its transportation fleet.
