The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has received 689 reports on 774 objects of gratification, with a total reported value of Rp3,176,643,372 (US$194,000) in the January-February 2025 period.

"In January, 348 reports were received, with a total of 395 gratification objects. Consisting of 224 reports from the Gratification Management Unit (UPG) and 124 individual reports," KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said as quoted by Antara, on Saturday, March 16, 2025.

In the February period, the KPK received 341 reports − 231 reports from UPG and 110 are individual reports − with a total of 379 objects of gratification.

A total of 689 reports came from 488 ministries/institutions, 125 State-owned Enterprises (SOEs)/Region-owned Enterprises (BUMD)/subsidiaries and 76 local governments.

According to KPK data, 254 objects of gratification were money/vouchers/precious metals/other means of exchange; 203 were flower arrangements/generally accepted dishes/food/drinks; 70 souvenirs/plaques/goods with the logo of the giving agency; 26 travel tickets/meals/lodging facilities/other facilities/ and 221 others.

In addition, KPK also reminded every state civil servant and state administrator to firmly reject and report all forms of receiving gratuities, especially ahead of the celebration of 2025 Idul Fitri.

Budi emphasized that requests for funds and/or gifts as holiday allowances (THR), either individually or on behalf of an institution to the public, companies, or fellow state civil servants and state officials are prohibited acts because they can have implications for creating conflicts of interest, are contrary to regulations and codes of ethics, and carry the risk of criminal acts of corruption.

However, if due to certain conditions, state civil servants and state officials cannot reject the provision of gratuities, they are required to report this to KPK no later than 30 working days from the date the gratuity was received.

There is a mechanism and reporting form for receiving this gratification which can be accessed via the Online Gratification (GOL) application at: https://gol.kpk.go.id or email to: reporting.gratifikasi@kpk.go.id.
