Public Works and Housing Ministry auctions Rp1.7 trillion project in IKN
The Ministry of Public Works and Housing has initiated the auction for the Construction of Second Government Infrastructure in the National Capital of Nusantara (IKN) worth Rp1.7 trillion (US$ 109 million). Quoting the official page of the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) of the ministry, the Construction of Second Government Infrastructure encompasses the construction of the Vice President's Palace, Vice President's Office, Vice President's Secretariat Office, Vice President's Residence, and other supporting buildings in IKN.
Government secures CATL battery project investment of Rp 90.50 trillion
The government says that the entire investment plan of China's battery giant, Contemporary Emperex Technology Co. (CATL), amounting to US$5.8 billion or Rp 90.50 trillion has been finalized from upstream to downstream. PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (Antam) has completed the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) transactions for the shares of its subsidiaries, PT Sumberdaya Arindo (SDA) and PT Feni Haltim (FHT), with CATL's affiliate HongKong CBL Limited (HKCBL) at the Ministry of Investment in Jakarta on December 28, 2023.
