Danamon announces changes in Board of Directors

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (BDMN), a member of the MUFG Group, held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday, March 21, 2025. In the meeting, shareholders approved all proposed agendas, including changes to the Company's Board of Directors.
