The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has issued a first written warning to 103 listed companies for failing to submit their first-half (H1) 2025 financial reports by the July 31 deadline.

In a statement dated August 15, 2025, IDX corporate regulation and listing services head, Teuku Fahmi Ariandar, said the sanctions were imposed in accordance with exchange regulations requiring interim financial statements whether unaudited or not subject to a limited review to be filed no later than one month after the end of the reporting period.

Among the sanctioned firms are state-owned pharmaceutical company PT Kimia Farma (KAEF), lender PT Bank Mayapada Internasional (MAYA), textiles giant PT Sri Rejeki Isman (SRIL), and renewable energy player PT Green Power Group (LABA).

According to the bourse, a total of 947 listed companies were required to file their June 30, 2025 interim reports, while seven firms had different fiscal years and 53 others were exempt. By the reporting deadline, 752 firms had complied, while 103 had failed to do so.

The written warning is the first step in IDX’s enforcement process. Repeated non-compliance could lead to stricter sanctions, including trading suspension.

The exchange cited its Circular Letter No. SE-00006/BEI/10-2019 on electronic reporting procedures and Exchange Rule I-E on information disclosure obligations as the legal basis for the sanction.

The IDX said it would continue monitoring listed companies’ compliance to ensure transparency and protect investors.
