Seven companies set to launch IPOs on IDX by end-2025
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced that seven companies are preparing to go public through initial public offerings (IPOs) by the end of 2025, with asset sizes ranging from medium to large scale.
According to the IDX, four of these companies fall into the medium-scale category, with total assets between Rp50 billion (US$3 million) and Rp250 billion. The remaining three are classified as large-scale companies, each with assets exceeding Rp250 billion.
“As of August 8, 2025, a total of 22 companies have listed their shares on the IDX, raising Rp10.39 trillion. Currently, seven companies are in the IPO pipeline,” the exchange stated in an official release on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Based on sector classifications under Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 53/POJK.04/2017, the upcoming IPO candidates include:
● Two companies from the basic materials sector;
● One company from the financial sector;
● Two companies from the industrial sector;
● One company from the technology sector;
● One company from the transportation and logistics sector.
The IDX also reported that as of Friday, August 8, 2025, four companies are planning to raise additional capital through rights issues. To date, 10 listed companies have carried out rights issues in 2025, with a combined total of Rp16.62 trillio
