PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and global data center provider Equinix Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to introduce a private cloud solution integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI), aimed at supporting enterprise digital transformation across Indonesia.

The partnership is designed to build a secure, AI-driven digital ecosystem located within Indonesia, specifically tailored for critical sectors including finance, manufacturing, and energy. The initiative also emphasizes innovation, data residency compliance, and enhanced operational resilience through private cloud services.

AGIT, a subsidiary of PT Astra Graphia and part of the Astra Group, offers end-to-end IT services − from consulting and system design to infrastructure development, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and managed services. The company aims to ensure seamless AI integration into enterprise environments while maintaining data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

This national framework guides AI development and implementation across all sectors.
