The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of State-owned PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 formally appointed Putrama Wahju Setyawan as the bank’s President Director and Alexandra Askandar as Deputy President Director.
Wahju Setyawan, who previously served as Deputy President Director of BNI since March 4, 2024, replaced Royke Tumilaar. Meanwhile, Alexandra Askandar previously served as Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri since October 2020.
In the shareholders’ meeting, changes were also made on other posts in the board of directors. Four directors ended their terms of office, namely President Director Royke Tumilaar, Finance Director Novita Widya Anggraini, Risk Management Director David Pirzada and Human Capital & Compliance Director Mucharom.
Novita was appointed as Bank Mandiri's Finance Director, while Mucharom will be transferred to BRI.

- Director of Commercial Banking: Muhammad Iqbal
- Director of Corporate Banking: Agung Prabowo
- Director of Human Capital & Compliance: Munadi Herlambang
- Director of Treasury & International Banking: Abu Santosa Sudrajat
- Director of Network & Retail Funding: Rian Kaslan
- Director of Institutions: Eko Setyo Nugroho
- Director of Consumer Banking: Corina Leyla Karnalies
- Director of Information Technology: Toto Prasetio
- Director of Operations: Ronny Venir
