PT Delta Dunia Makmur (Delta Dunia Group, IDX: DOID) has officially changed its company name to PT BUMA Internasional Grup (BUMA International Group) upon securing approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on February 27, 2025.
With this new identity, BUMA International Group is committed to expanding its business reach both domestically and internationally.
President Director of BUMA International Group, Ronald Sutardja, said that this name change is not just a rebranding, but part of the company's strategic transformation.
“This decision is a step to strengthen our future direction. By integrating BUMA's heritage and track record into the Group's identity, we further emphasize our commitment to excellence and strengthen our position as a diversified global mining group," Ronald said.
Board changes
In addition to the name change, shareholders also approved changes in the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. Dian Sofia Andyasuri, who previously served as Director, has now joined the Board of Commissioners, replacing Peter John Chambers who resigned from the position of Independent Commissioner.
Meanwhile, Dian Paramita, who previously served as Deputy Director Group Legal Counsel, has now joined the Board of Directors.
