The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has started the investigation into alleged corruption at State-owned construction company PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PT PP) and has named two suspects in the case.

Tessa Mahardhika, a KPK spokesperson, said that the alleged corruption happened in a project related to Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Division of the company in 2022-2023.

"The investigation process is ongoing, for names, and occupations of the suspects cannot be informed right now," Tessa said as quoted by Antara, on Friday, December 20, 2024.

He said KPK is now coordinating with the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent the two suspects from traveling overseas related to the corruption investigation at PT PP. The travel ban will be active for two months.

"The ban on travelling abroad against two Indonesian citizens identified as DM and HNN," Tessa said.
