Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development of Pertamina, Salyadi Dariah Saputra, said the cooperation to develop hydrogen ecosystem is Pertamina’s commitment to accelerate energy transition as well as supporting government target to achieve Net Zero Emission by 2060.

According to Salyadi, Pertamina has mapped 17 locations as source of hydrogen supply spread from Sumatra to Papua. Currently, Pertamina is developing green hydrogen project in geothermal area of Ulubelu in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung province, with the production target of 100 kg/day.

In downstream sector, Pertamina is developing also a pilot project of Hydrogen Fuel Filling Station in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, that will be first integrated energy refueling station in Indonesia.
