The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises has appointed Ghimoyo, a private company executive, as President Director of State-owned food holding company PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (ID FOOD), replacing Sis Apik Wijayanto.
Previously, Ghimoyo was the CEO of Jhonlin Group owned by Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad (Haji Isam). This appointment of Ghimoyo is stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Erick Thohir No. SK-57/MBU/03/2025 on the Dismissal and Appointment of President Director of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia, issued on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
Vice President and Corporate Secretary of ID FOOD, Yosdian Adi Pramono, said in a statement that as the composition of the Board of Directors has been decided, ID FOOD is determined to improve its performance as a quality national food producer. According to Yosdian, ID FOOD will continue to contribute to strengthening the national food sector.
The appointment of Ghimoyo as the new President Director is in line with the efforts of the Ministry of SOEs in strengthening the ID FOOD as a BUMN Holding.
This change in the board of directors is also expected to accelerate the company's transformation into a competitive Food Holding Company to support national food self-sufficiency.
"ID FOOD will also continue to support the government's strategic programs through innovation and collaboration to realize food self-sufficiency," Yosdian said on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
The composition of the Board of Directors of ID FOOD as of March 18, 2025 is as follows:
- President Director: Ghimoyo;
- Director of Risk Management and Legal: S. Hidayat Safwan;
- Director of Finance and Strategy: Susana Indah Kris Indriati;
- Director of Supply Chain Management and Information Technology: Bernadetta Raras;
- Commercial Director: Nina Sulistyowati;
- Director of Human Resources: Yossi Istanto.
