PT Intiland Development (DILD), through its subsidiary PT Adiwarna Harapan Nusantara, has committed an investment of Rp3.8 trillion (US$242 million) into three flagship projects in Indonesia's new capital, Nusantara (IKN).

These projects include a hotel, a transit-oriented development (TOD), and a residential area with an international golf course.

On Monday, August 12, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for these three significant projects by Intiland was held, marking the start of construction. The event was officiated by President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of IKN 1B.

Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) and Acting Head of the IKN Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono, attended the event and emphasized the importance of investor confidence in the development of Nusantara.

“We hope there are no longer any reasons for investors to doubt the government's commitment and investment potential in Nusantara. We are developing this capital city not just through state funding but also alongside investors,” he said.

The collaboration between the IKN Authority and Adiwarna Harapan Nusantara was further solidified with the signing of a Land Allocation Agreement and a Notarial Agreement, ensuring the proper utilization of assets managed by the IKN Authority.

President Jokowi highlighted that the development of Nusantara is not merely a symbol of progress, but also a testament to Indonesia's commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth.

The IKN Authority expects Intiland's investment to play a critical role in the success of Nusantara's development by contributing to the growth of residential, business, and commercial facilities that will support the capital's expansion.

The three major projects by Intiland:
Grand Whiz Nusantara: A mixed-use development spanning 0.72 hectares, featuring a hotel, serviced apartments, retail areas, a sports center, and food and beverage outlets. The project is designed to maximize natural ventilation and lighting, with 47 percent of the land dedicated to green open spaces.

Nusantara Quarter: A Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) on a 6.7-hectare site, integrating residential, office, and commercial spaces with easy access to public transportation.

Royale Nusantara Golf Resort & Residence: A 200-hectare residential area featuring an international golf course. This project offers exclusive housing with integrated access to public transport and expansive green spaces.

Sofyan A. Djalil, Vice Commissioner of Intiland, expressed the company's honor in contributing to the development of Ibu Kota Nusantara.

“This project will be a milestone for the nation and provide extensive benefits to the Indonesian people,” he said.
