Technicoflor Indonesia builds environmentally friendly perfume factory, strengthen its presence in Southest Asia

French perfume production company, Technicoflor, announces establishment of cutting-edge perfume factory in Indonesia, strengthening its expansion in the South East Asia market. The company currently operates in multiple countries, including France, China, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Indonesia.

For over 14 years, Technicoflor has maintained its presence as a perfume company that focuses on producing and distributing perfume oil to retailers and B2B clients.

State of the art factory

Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology, the newly established factory in Karawaci, Indonesia, provides a spacious workshop capable of holding tons of perfume barrels. It also features modern research and development facilities, along with a quality control center that ensures the highest standards of product excellence and environmental friendliness.

“In the future we hope to open a factory with automatic equipment,” Jeremy Akoum, Managing Director for Southeast Asia of Technicoflor on May 22, 2023.

Focusing on B2B and retailers

The factory is designed to produce about 10 tons of perfumes in 2023, to meet the growing demand of perfume companies in Indonesia. “We want to reach 10 tons per month by this year,” said Gregory Sebastien, the Director of Operations of Technicoflor Indonesia on May 22, 2023.

However, the company is not going to establish its own retail shop and will only collaborate with various perfume retailers. “We want to grow with B2B customers and focus on Indonesia, we also have sales in South East Asia (SEA) to improve the SEA market,” explained Sebastien.

Environmentally friendly business and impact

To meet market demand, François Patrick Sabater, CEO of Technicoflor Indonesia is committed to promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly practices to make sure that the company give only little impact to the environment. 

The French ambassador for Indonesia, Fabien Penone whose also provided an opening remark, expressing his enthusiasm for the company's new factory in the country. Penone applaud the company for its contribution toward the environmentally friendly practices. He also expressed his gratitude towards the company for its contribution in enhancing business relations of French companies in Indonesia.
