PT Perma Plasindo Tbk, which manufactures high quality office equipment under the brand Bantex, has set company strategy in 2022. Among the strategies are to increase its production capacity, strengthen its distribution network, provide timely and appropriate services, improve quality and maintain the company’s management performance and develop e-filing technology.

President Director Kristanto Widjaja said that Perma Plasindo would heavily invest on machinery.

“The Capex is around IDR3.8 billion. We will spend it mostly for machinery investment, as in the plan to use the IPO funds including extrusion machines, which are still partially paid for. The rest will be completed within this year,” he said.

“We will also purchase a plot of land. The land has been partially purchased, pending the legal process with a notary. We also focus on working capital. The working capital is between IDR5 billion and IDR7 billion, which is already on standby, and it includes bank loan funds,” Widjaja added.

The development of this technology is very important, as the company focuses on investing in the development of e-filing.

Widjaja said: “We have started E-hybrid filing, which is already live. With the digitalization – that is happening everywhere, including in our work – we cannot be separated from developing this technology.”

The e-filling technology from Bantex will be launched in the near future for Android on Google Playstore and to be followed by iOS at Apple Store.

“Bantex E-Filing can already be used. You can start trying how to operate it and complete it as Mr Kristanto had already talked about being developed for mobile application,” said Secretary & Director Lie Fonda.
